Network Outsourcing Support
Isynch-D support programs are based around our customers service level requirements and network architecture.
Most of our support agreements relate to a company’s network with a focus on servers, security and communications.
We support both Linux and Microsoft networks and support database servers of different kinds but recommend specialist applications be supported by the vendors.
However, we also receive requests to maintain and support database servers, sharepoint servers and particular applications on request.
Our support agreements take different forms from a standby retainer basis to onsite support.
We follow best practice standards and use ITIL standard guidelines of IT service management as a fundamental basis of our IT management practices. This allows or engineering team supply a consistent, managed, reliable and stable quality of service.
We will initially discuss your goals and requirements to ensure we can meet your needs and budget. With the absence of existing up to date documentation we will propose to perform an audit of the network to allow us to see what we are dealing with and the client to see an independent assessment of the status of the network management, IT inventory and general pratices involved.
Our audits may also be incorporated by a company’s head office as an internal review, however all audits are designed not to be intrusive or to criticize previous work, but more of explain the present state, possible issues and suggest improvements.
This audit will include:
- Hardware and software inventory audit ( with regard to software, we simply collate the installations and you determine the licensing count).
- Systems review
- Security review
- Back up and DR review
- Infrastructure review, including cabling
- Documentation review and update
- Local compliance review
In addition to the above we will provide recommendations around our findings.
Please be aware we will provide you with a signed confidentiality agreement before proceeding with any appointed work.
We have 2 basis programs which are based on time spent.
Outsource Support Options:
Regular site visit with remote support
This option is where we schedule a regular monthly visit, on a pre-agreed date (can be changed within a month if required) to your site to perform maintenance on your servers, check logs, security, backups, ensure approved updates, check connections and cabling in the server room and once we have completed our tasks we resolve any issues that have been reported to us.
We will also keep you up to date with any legislative requirements you must comply with. For example all companies must retain a transaction log of all Internet traffic for 90 days. If audited by ICT ministry they could face a 500,000 Baht fine.

Retainer with buffer
The retainer is a small monthly payment to provide a priority next business day service. As part of this we will request to be kept up to date of any changes to the network from the audited results so we can remain familiar with your network.
The buffer is an agreed amount that is paid in advance and can be used for service without having to go through a P.O. process. This allows rapid reaction time. The hours are estimated and approved (remote or visit support) and a report provided on completion.
The amount is valid for 12 months. If not used the customer can opt to carry forward the remaining amount or purchase product to the equivalent amount.
- All reports are provided in English and are sent to designated contacts.
- You will be provided an account manager/ point of contact, as we will also require from your company.
- Scheduled visits and remote support that require contact with the client (especially visits) will be confirmed before the visit to ensure nothing has happened to delay the visit. If an appointment has to be re scheduled we request 2 days notice.
